You don’t have to hold this alone. I’m here when you’re ready.

My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—without pressure and without judgment. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and you don’t have to rush your healing. We’ll move gently, at your pace, honoring your story as it unfolds.

You don’t have to carry this alone. If you’re ready to talk—or even if you need someone to listen—I’m here. Truly. When the moment feels right, reach out. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

I’m here to walk with you through the messiness of loss, to hold space for whatever rises, and to support you as your healing begins to take shape—whenever you’re ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I know how overwhelming it can feel to find the right therapist. It’s a deeply personal choice—and one I hold with care. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have steady, compassionate support. If you’re grieving, feeling lost, or moving through a major life change, I’m here to walk alongside you. It would be an honor to hold space for your story and support you as your healing begins to take shape.

  • Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes, and I always reserve a full hour so you have room to breathe and process. I usually suggest starting with weekly sessions to build a steady foundation, but the pace is entirely up to you. You know yourself best, and I’m here to support you in whatever rhythm feels right for your journey.

  • All sessions are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease—home, work, or anywhere in between. You’ll receive a secure, personalized link 24 hours before each session. My aim is to keep the process simple and supportive, so you can focus on what matters most: your healing.

  • Therapy should be accessible. My standard rate is $150 per session, and I also offer sliding-scale options if cost is a concern. We can talk together about what is manageable for you.

  • I’m currently an out-of-network provider and am in the process of joining insurance panels. For now, I can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If the process feels confusing or you need support along the way, I’m here to help.

  • If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full fee. Of course, emergencies happen—if something urgent comes up, we’ll reschedule.
